No Permission - Bad Installation Second Hijacker Split

I am having the same problem. I even went so far as to purchase the decoder pack, and it still doesn't work!

I am a LONG time user of Easy * Creator, going all the way back to version 4. Each new release is harder to use, and flakier. And the support is as close to non existant as any I've seen. The "ask roxann" thing is a cruel joke. And forum support by peers is not satisfactory, when it is obvious it's a $ saving thing. Nothing against volunteers! The Co. should PAY people to support the product

Still no real information on your problem."Having the same problem" and "it still doesn't work" tells us very littel.

How about telling us what your system specs are especially video card, what you are trying to do and what you have done
