We have a number of Dell GX755 with Toshiba TS-L633A cdrom drives. We are using Roxio 7.1 and when trying to burn CDs via the Drag to Disk utility our PCs will not record or completely hang. We are only having problems burning CDs when using the Drag to Disk utility. Any ideas?

If you value the information that you are putting on those CD's, use Creator Classic, which is a program in that suite.

No formatting of disc is required, and the discs can be read on any computer.
