Hi there, I recently purchased a copy of The Hulk on blu-ray. I went to play it on my bluray player and it had problems playing it. It turned out that I needed an update for my blu ray player. I went on over to best buy and explained the situation, they gave me an update disk for the player. Now Im trying to update my existing laptop blu-ray player. Its a dell inspiron 1525 running Roxio creator premier blu-ray 10.1.
Can anyone help me figure out what I should do next? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx.

Download and run this on your laptop - if there are any problems with it playing back Blu-Ray it will tell you what they are:
