Do Roxio care about their customers?
I get the Runtime Error thing on MyDVD in version 10. I have tried every fix that has been posted here and every suggestion from the technical people.
The only way to fix the problem is to totally uninstall Roxio and reinstall it. My DVD works for about 2 DVDs and the the problem reoccurs.
I have become so fed up with this that I have asked for a refund from Roxio but they constantly ignore my requests.
Their latest suggestion is that I set a system restore point the next time I reinstall it and go back to that when the problem reoccurs.
DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND I AM FED UP WITH YOUR STUPID PROGRAM> IT DOESN'T WORK!

Hello,
This is a user forum. Nobody here works for Roxio. We are all users of the software who are trying to help each other with the software.
If you want a refund you need to contact Roxio. Their site is http://www.roxio.com
Regards,
Brendon

We are not YOU; we don't own the program.
If you have a registry cleaner running, then call the developer of the registry cleaner. It is deleting a necessary key. Alternately when you have the program running well, don't use the registry cleaner.
The program works since you can make some DVDs. Then something changes on your computer; most likely it is a registry cleaner. That cleaner may be "hidden" in your security program (One button clean up, Registry Mechanic (I used that successfully in the past but then it started deleting the key). and others.)
If you bought the program in the last 30 days directly from Roxio, then you can ask for a refund. If it is past 30 days or if you bought it from someone else, then I believe that you have an excellent program to sell to someone else.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
