To transfer video from a tape digital camcorder to a hard drive you should be using a Firewire connection. USB does not work very well if at all. Roxio usually sees the camcorder as a WebCam when using the USB connection.

If I under stand your translation (I don't speak French so I cannot reply in your language), you are able to Capture the tape with the Roxio USB device.
But you do not know how to burn it to DVD from there?
The actual Burning is done with MyDVD which is a DVD Authoring program.
Before burning, if you wish to do any editing you would use VideoWave.
So the process is:
Capture (Media Import)
Edit (VideoWave)
Burn (MyDVD)
