I just installed Photosuite 8 and attempted to use the slide show assitant, I added 216 pictures and 7 songs, previewed the production and it looked great, when I burn it to a disc I only get the begining and the end the slide show, the middle of the production is deleated, I've tried two differant machines and 3 differant burners with the same result. I know with easy media 7 I could only put in 3 songs. I don't know what to do...

This is usually a problem with hardware. Please post specifics. What media are you using? Are you using any music that would be DRM protected (e.g., from an on-line store)?
You might want to try to burn that slide show to an ISO file (I think you can do that) and then copy the ISO file to your disc. Make sure you have nothing else running when you are doing the encoding(rendering).
Photosuite is one application that is included in the Suites so I can't remember all the options that were available with that standalone.
Please answer the above questions.

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
