I am a newbie so this may be an easy question but I am having some difficulty doing what I want in
creating a video project to DVD.

In using my DVD I am adding several saved video clips to create one movie.

What is happening though when it is finished is that I am getting 5 different chapters that do not flow into the next.

After the chapter plays on my DVD player it goes back to the menu screen. Its frustrating as I don't know what I am doing wrong.

I am trying to add transitions etc.. but it always comes out the same. Am I missing a settings button that should be checked?

I'd appreciate any help on the best way for me to get this to be a cohesive movie instead of a disjointed project of five separate chapters.

Well, you added them as 5 titles from the sounds of it. Chapters are points in each title/movie on a menu.

Try this post (which is at the top of the forum you posted in). It has a good workflow for video work outlined.

You might be right Larry. I tried adding them when I picked each clip to be set up as "one movie" and when I preview it or burn it when it gets to the end of the clip and ready to go the next it just hangs up and does not transition. My question to be more clear is how do I go from 5 different titles and or names of clips and make them seamless by transitioning to the next clip without a break and the project going back to the menu screen after each title has played.?

In MyDVD (Create DVD-Advanced), bring in your videos, click on File/Project Settings, then click in the circle to the left of Play movie and all remaining movies in project. Then click OK.

See if that works for you.
