A 'Sense' error is referring to a hardware/media problem.

Cheap media can be a problem coupled with an old burner. Try using Verbatim disc's or Sony and TDK are good media to look for too.

Many users on here have had problems with Memorex.

The actual error associated with that is “Cmd: 2A Sense: 05 ASC: 21 ASCQ: 00. Insert new disc”

This happens when the CD/DVD burner is faster or slower than the data rate.

To fix this problem you need to either speed up the rate in which your system delivers data, or slow down the rate of the burner. You can use both approaches as well.

If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed
