I went to print a disc label that I created two years ago. The file opened and printed without a problem. I modified the label and saved it under a new name. When I try to open the new file I get the error message "An unknown error occured while accessing an unnamed file".
Why is the new file unusable?
How do I fix this?

What program did you use to create the original label?
Also check you didn't ad any 'strange' characters to the name when you saved it

If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

I had something like that happen when I was trying Label Creator 10.
I could open and print some labels saved from earlier versions, but they got terribly mungled if I tried to re-save them in LC 10 format and you get that silly message if you try to reload the saved ones. The earlier versions' labels are just too different.
Roxio 'fixed' this in version 10.1 by stopping backwards compatibility altogether - you can't even load 10.0 label files in 10.1 or 11.
I'm sorry, but I don't believe there is a way to get around what they've done.
