Do any of the other programs, in the suite, work?

List your system specs, similar to how I have mine listed, in my signature.

how much RAM - plus what graphics are you usaing

To get the graphics, right click anywhere on an empty space on the desktop and go to properties - it will tell you there what make and model the graphics adapter is

ps - how much free space is 'oodles'? laugh.gif
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

Properties should appear on a drop down menu when you right click on an empty spot on the screen but you can also look in control panel under display

Vista isn't a video card. Go to Device Manager, and list here, what video card/chip it shows.

Are you running a desktop computer or a laptop?

Right click opens but properties is not one of the options I can select. Device manager says this:: Intel core 2 duo CPU T5450@1.66GHz NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS .... so did I get it yet??

The 8400M is the graphics chipset - I think you have a laptop (M stands for Mobile)

In Videowave, go to tools, options and move the dot from hardware rendering to software rendering

Let us know how that works
