Converted Dvd audio only

I've been using easy media creator 9 without a problem. I try to convert a recorded dvd and when I save it and play it I only get audio the picture is frozen on the first scene. Thanks Joan

You have not provided information that will help anyone help you.

Start by listing what program you are using, in the suite, the source of the recorded DVD, what type files are on that DVD, and just what you are trying to accomplish.
