Unable To Build Render Graph In Videowave

whenever i finish a video in VideoWave and click "output as" and try to create the video file an error message pops up saying "Unable to build render graph".Ive already updated Directx10 and it still doesnt work.How would i fix this?

my videocard is ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M SERIES

That's an on-board chipset and probably can't handle the graphics required (btw, it's DirectX 9.0c you need - DX 10 is a different kettle of fish)

However, go to tools, options and seitch from hardware to software rendering and see how that works

oh alright i have Direct x 10, would that be the cause?
I tried the swithing hardware to software and it didnt work

Get DX 9.0c from MS and install that - also go to ATI and get the latest drivers for your graphics (not the laptop maker or MS)

i downloaded the DX 9 but whenever i go to ATI's website to update they dont have the RADEON XPRESS 200M SERIES to choose from..

select the OS in the first column, Integrated/Motherboard in the second column and Radeon XPress 200M in the third - click GO and you will be brought to the correct link for the drivers

i dont have an OS tho i have a gateway, does it matter?
and how would i get directx 9 back after i already have DX 10, when i try to install dx 9 again it says
its not neccessary because i already have a newer version
