MyDVD 10 Not Encoding transtions and DVD Menu Background

All Transtions and visable on preview
When Encoding they are all removed and replaced with Fade in/out
The DVD Menu background replaced with Black Screen ( the Menu Buttons are still there)

Are you using any 3D transitions? Is you video card able to handle these type of transitions?
Are you using software or hardware rendering? (under Tools/options)
What is your video card? Card drivers and DirectX 9.c upto date?

NO 3D Transtions ( just basic Page turns)
I've done the Hardware Rendering.
Video Card Nvidia GeForce Fx 5500 ( with the Latest Driver update)

Page Turns are considered 3D transitions, I believe.
Is your DirectX 9.c the latest version?
Try rendering using the software setting.

With the Software rending now the Preview's not showing Transitions
I will do a test burn

Software rendering does not show 3D transitions but changes them to dissolves.

You still have not told us what DirectX version you are using.
