Converted items deleted when Jam Quits

I'm using Jam 6.0.3 and Tiger 10.4.6 When I quit Jam, all the tracks for the current project are cleared from the Roxio Converted Items folder, even though the Jam preferences are set to never remove. So when I try to open the project again, no tracks are found
