The software crashes when I upload the files to be burned. Any idea about this phenomena and how to get around it?

"Did this just start happening? If so, then there has been a change to your computer - new software or updates or hardware.
A couple of things that cause problems are if you updated to IE 7 or WMP 11 recently, you will have to roll them back one version (see here http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?showtopic=23162 ).
