just installed creator 2009. Tried to capture from camcorder but keeps on stopping consistently at 32 seconds. What's going wrong? Tape seems fine as it plays as normal in the camcorder. Any suggestions?

Not much information to go on.
Digital or analog camcorder? How is your camcorder connected to PC? Firewire, USB, capture device?
What are your system specs, especially video card? To what format are you capturing, avi or mpeg?
Do you have any gaps on the tape?

ok; digital camcorder (sony), current analog tape (but nero previously coped with that), fire wire connection, not sure how to find out videocard specs, capturing to AVI as seems to be default, no gaps on the tape, i.e stops midscene. Anything you can do with that info???
(ps; nero vision seems to be able to capture without problems, what's the difference???>
