When I import HD video most of the videos imported are good but two or three scenes will not import right. On the good ones there is a Picture  and on the bad imports videos scene there is a picture of Mpeg reel When I push to play it goes blank . Under the mpeg  reel picture when I push to play it show a window and at Attributes and rating it say o I have retried to Import but the same I imported through the sony software not Roxio and its imports to my computer fine I have a Sony sr12 hd camcorder How ever I can't get the scenes to myDvD from the somy AVHD file Any suggustions how to fix the problem to import with Roxio
I am using Vista 63 I have dell pc 6gb of ram 720 storeage

Sony tends to ignore Standards... Others report the same thing and the only solution is to use their customized software to do the importing.

And thanks I did use the sony software and it  Imported all is working However, How do I get it to Roxio The files are AVHD I want to put on to DVD HD I tried to use myDVD it wont work .

MyDVD – File – New Project – AVCHD or AVCHD No Menus…

What doesn't work when you do that?

Actually that merely sets the Output. The default setting will render them down to Standard DVD.

I been away what doen't work is when I import scenes to myDVD or video wave from the camcorder or the files from sony software. Three of the scenes won't play out of 100

Just a guess – the scenes are faulty???  

Personally I do see a limited niche for scenes but have never used them in any of my projects.

Can you capture that video without scenes and see how it works?
