It says "build 7.0.353". I guess it is V7.0.

It is version 7.0, but did it come with your computer or a DVD burner?  If you purchased it, retail, there is an update for it on Roxio's main webboard.

It comes with PC, but I have another CD with V7.5 from PC vendor sent to me.
Should I reinstall V7.5 on top of V7 or uninstall V7 first and install V7.5 ?

I'm happy with V7 now, but should I try V7.5 for any benefit ?
Please advice me.

If you are happy with what you have, use it.  You can install that version 7.5 along with the version 7.0, but you don't install it over the top of 7.0.  You install it in a different location.

There are more programs in 7.5.   If you don't need the other programs and you're happy with 7.0, then you don't need to install it.

However, if you want to try 7.5 to see if you like it better, I'd recommend uninstalling 7.0, then installing 7.5.

You are welcome.  What course of action did you take, and did it work?

I'll try intall 7.5 into another location, therefore I'll try both and compare.
But, I'm worry about drag-and-drop session, it automatically override with new version of it from startup list.
any good idea to avoid this thing ?  As I checked, threre is no install options on this in 7.5 as like as Napster.

I tried to install another location but it didn't let me. V7.5 forced to uninstall V7 and install V7.5 into same V7 directory.
that's it. it works fine with V7.5 so far.
