There's a similar thread in this group active named "Mydvd Causes Pc To Reboot When Adding Video"... You may wanna keep an eye on that as well. Do have an ATI video card and run EMC8 build 805xxxxxx by any chance?

Nothing happens when i click on it or put my mouse over it. It is under starup does not have a command and its location is somewhere in software?? I have no idea what it is and if it is fatal or not, but i dont even use that comp for internet.
