Hi, When I bought Roxio Creater 2009 Ultimate, it worked great. But, after a while, my computer's motherboard broke, so I bought a new computer (HP DX2400). Now I installed Roxio again, and want to capture from my old Hitachi PAL video camera. It always worked, and now when I capture, I only hear audio, no preview, and when I stop, is gives this error message "Unknown Capture Error". What can I do to it? Please reply ASAP, because I'm leaving soon. Thanks!

Its impossible to to offer much help since you have supplied very little information other then "my car won't start"
How are you connecting you camcorder to your PC? I assume its a DV (tape) camcorder in which case you should be using a Firewire connection.
Please give us some details which would help getting you some suggestions.
