It is very hard to read your post because you tend to ramble and not use punctuation (or a spell checker). I assume that English is not your native language. Please take more time to review your post before you make it.
Sound Editor is part of EMC 10 which is where you posted. Do you have EMC 10 (Easy Media Creator)? As far as I know there is no Easy cd crietor 10. Second, if it was working and now it doesn't, perhaps 1) that YouTube music downloader may have caused the problem or 2) If you are using a registry cleaner, it may have caused the problem.
Try to use Windows Restore to roll back your computer to where it was. I don't know what Vista call it but there should be something that will do that. Remove YouTube downloader. Use "Easy Audio Capture" to capture INTERNET audio from your sound card.
If that doesn't work, remove the YouTube downloader (use Revo uninstaller (free version) to get rid of the program and the safe registry entries). Next do a full (uninstall)/install of EMC 10. Print off the instructions DO NOT skip any steps. Make sure that you install the program to a hard drive that is free of malware and viruses and that has been recently defragged. When you install make sure that everything including the anti-virus program is shut off, not just paused.
