I just loaded the Dec 2008 updates. Now I cannot capture videos from my camera. Whenever I click on the USB device, I get a runtime error and hang up. mad.gif

Attempt to reload the update fails as it considers itself already updated mad.gif

What kind of camcorder, tape, DVD, Hard drive, ...
What updates are you talking about? There are no December updates for EMC 10.

Any updates that came out recently would be for Roxio Creator 2009
