First of all, apologies if this is posted in the wrong place... I am struggling to work out where to post for support on the SoundEditor in Roxio's RecordNow (v9 and v10)... unsure.gif

Does anyone know if it is possible to cross fade two tracks... when I am creating mixes from vinyl, I occasionally leave an unexpected space between 45s. I know how to remove the dead space, but what I can't figure out how to do is to drag the second tune to the left a little so it overlaps (in a cross-faded way) with the first tune.

Is this possible?

If so, how do I do it?

If it is not possible in SoundEditor, does anyone know of any applications where this IS possible?

Many thanks in advance for any help. smile.gif

Hi,

I can see this should be possible (from the list of features), so I know RecordNow's SoundEditor should be able to do this... I just can't work out how?

Anyone? blink.gif

Did your copy of Sonic RecordNow come with your burner or computer, or did you buy it as a retail box? If the former, it would be an OEM [Original Equipment Mfgr] Version, and OEM Versions usually have some features removed and/or limited.

Apologies for the delay in replying, I purchased v9 (and v10 recently) direct from the roxio home page, so would expect all features to be enabled. I'm sure it's possible, I just CAN'T see HOW? blink.gif
