I use Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 and when I try to open up "Music Disc Creator" the Interface freezes and will not load. I believe I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. If I try to use "repair" this will not work, I have to uninstall the whole program and after installing again, it will work fine for a couple of days then it freezes again. This is really frustrating. The same thing happened when I bought "Easy Media Creator 8".

I have downloaded all updates, and it still does not work.  Once I re-install Roxio I lose all my music projects which take a long time to create because of transitioning music, fading, and blending etc. The interface window tries to load but locks up and I have to cntr+Alt+delete and "end task" to close the application.  

Has anyone else ran into this problem?  If so, what did you do to fix it?

If the same problem (sluggishness, freezing, etc) is with two suites, then it's possible your computer just isn't up to the job.

Forget the quoted 'minimum' specs - they're a joke. To do video work you need at least a 2 GHz CPU and 2 GB RAM along with a good graphics system.

Please post your specs on the above components (similar to the way they are in my signature)

Are you using a registry cleaner?  Some will delete a needed Roxio registry key.  One day the program works and the next day it does not.
