Burning Issue Roxio 2009 Mydvd Failure to start image writing

I am using Roxio 2009 MyDVD to create and burn DVD's. I successfully burned one (after following your advice to another person to update video driver and directx). But when I tried to burn another (different "movie") I get an error saying "Failed to start the image writing operation Error while burning image". Can you help?

I was just wondering if anyone had found a solution to this? I'm getting exactly the same error message.

Have you tried this Roxio service pack?

http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/c2009/software_updates.html

Also, use a quality media such as Verbatim.

Is your CD/DVD drive firmware up-to-date?
