I backed up some files on a DVD+R last night using SDM's data disk module and accidentally Finalized it.  Now the disk is unreadable - is there any way around this so I can read this disk and copy the data back to my hard drive?  Using Sonic digital media V7

If all you did was Finalize the disc then that would be a normal function.
All Finalizing does is make the disc closed so no more data can be added.
I think you have different problems than just a finalized disc.

Do you wanna hear me beg you to take me back?
I'd gladly do it because....."

You could try recovery with either ISOBUSTER or CDROLLER, from the sites of the same name.

P4 @3.20GHz on Albatron PX-865PE Pro II with 2GB DDR-SDRAM, FX5900XT video, Viewsonic monitors,
BENQ DW1640, in XP Pro and Windows 7

I blame it all on Global Warming / Global Cooling / Global Staying the Same  [pick one]
