What do you mean by download? If you are trying to get it from the Roxio site, it is downloading. If you are try to get the downloaded file, installed to your computer, it is called installing.

i have the same problem, but i am trying to install the program from a physical copy of the disc purchased at costco. At first, i had the problem where it said "Emc 11 Content Error you Must Install Roxio Easy Creator 10 Before Installing The Content" ( might be a word or two off) but i fixed it by downloading a file. Now, i get that error code "0652" and im starting to get very annoyed with the software. Please try to reply asap, as i have a project due soon and i am using this software. Thank you for your help.

You may have to do a clean install here. Print the instructions and follow them closely. Scroll down for XP instructions.
Follow by cleaning your computer using CCleaner (don't need the registry cleaner) to get of junk files.
Copy the discs to a folder and install from there. If you can't copy, the discs are bad. Make sure you have checked your computer for malware, have defragged the hard drive and turned off your anti-virus.

I downloaded vhs to dvd3 and I am having the same problem. Cannot get past the error code. I tried removing the firewall but this did not work. I also tried to reload the older version from a disc and still get the error code.

You have the same error code but you are replying to a post that is over 3 YEARS old. In addition, you have a different software package. What is the problem for you, may not be the same as for the original poster here.
Suggestion: Open you own thread in the Easy VHS2DVD part of the forum and include all the important information about your computer read this. Make sure you follow all the instructions including how to attach the text file. Do not copy and paste.
