I load up a movie to edit, double click on the movie to edit, the movie loads up, no picture just audio? I'm working with Window XP home edition. I have done editing with my Creator 8 Suite time and time over, this is my first experience of a black screen with a vertical line about 2" wide with the audio of this movie.
Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you.
