I purchased Copy and Convert last night as on the Website is said it would convert Video Files to Ipod...

Great....

Not, does anyone know if Copy and Convert will convert MODfiles (from a Video Camera) to Ipod?

Hello ggray,

Copy & Convert 3 is a subset of Easy Media Creator 9, and had version 9 of Disc Copier which is run when you click in the Home application on Video > Convert video.

The table of supported video formats for C&C 3 does not include .MOD files, however the description of JVC .MOD files that I found on the Internet said
QUOTE
Video file captured with a JVC EVERIO digital camcorder, such as the EVERIO GZ-MC100/200/500; uses MPEG2-PS encoding for the video and Dolby Digital AC-3 encoding for the audio track; can be opened and exported to a different format using the software included with the video camera.

. . .so it may be that you can convert with your camera software to another filetype that Copy & Convert 3 does accept.

Here's the table from the C&C help system. Click on the top to see the clip full size. I hope it helps you.
