Another Run Time Error

My run time error says

Program:...iles\Roxio
Shared\10.0\SharedCom\RoxWizardLauncher1-.exe

It says to contact the application support team. Anyone there???????????????

well, yes and no.
I got one error on one screen and another error message on a different screen, however both refer to the DVD aspect of the software.
