I am attempting to convert avi movies into mp4 files to put into itunes and into my ipod touch.  The video is not syncing with the audio.  I figured that it was the frame per second, but I don't know how to correct it.  It's about 29 or so, but the default setting for iPhone is 23 or so.

How can I fix it?  I want the video picture to be larger.  Many custom options aren't allowed on Crunch.  What can I do be allowed to select the listed options?
