I have Vista and am using Creator 9.0. Using the Easy Burn it will copy the video but not the audio. I get a message about compatability. Is there an upgrade that will take care of this? The process I used was to play the VHS tape and record it using my DVD Recorder. Then I copied the DVD to my hard drive and used Roxio to copy the disc. I am trying to copy home movies.

What version of 9 are you using?
Most of the OEM (DE, XE, etc) are crippled regarding the audio content and also some of the video formats

That version has some of the audio codecs disabled - sorry

Do you by chance if I upgreade to Roxio 2009 if that would work? The message I get is "MPEG audio format may not be compatible with all NTSC players"

It should work - in fact one of the 2009 versions comes with an analogue capture device (2009 SE I think but I could be wrong) that will connect the VCR to a USB2 port on the computer
