So you have no audio in Videowave? What type of file is it (what's the file's extension)? What's the original source of these files?

Well I have no comment on the .flv converted file, perhaps something literally got lost in the translation.
As to the digital camcorder, specifics would help; type of camcorder, manner in which its connected to pc, file type that camcorder puts out, etc.

You have 2 problems. Lets tackle the camcorder one first since the uTube file may be a completely different problem.
What kind of camcorder, tape, HD or DVD? How are you connecting the camera to your PC? What software program are you using to get the video to your PC?
I don't know anything about zillatube but what do you mean you are converting to DVD(NTSC)? Are you referring to mpeg2 format?

Can you get another firewire cable to make sure there isn't a problem with the cable? Is the cable firmly plugged in at both ends? Make sure you don't move the cable or camcorder while transferring.

What file format are you capturing from UTube? Roxio doesn't handle FLV. If you have .MOV or .MP4 files with mono audio, Roxio doesn't handle those either.

First, did you read the ZillaTube FAQ on audio?
When you go to convert, convert to an AVI or mpg 2 file rather than that DVD(ntsf) setting. I can't find anything on that setting on ZillaTube's web site. Add the AVI or mpg file to Video Wave and see if you are getting the audio.
Since you are having problems with audio from two different sources, it could mean a codec problem. Did you download an install any codecs after you installed Creator 2009? Download and run Gspot on the videos (from both sources) to see if you have the proper codecs installed. They could have become corrupt with the installation of the codecs from ZillaTube.

Select the site you're wanting to download from. The official AMD/ATI site is probably best. It is HERE.

I've found the same problem with mpg files taken with a HP digital camera which is about 3 years old. Both video and audio work fine in Nero, Windows Movie Maker, VLC player and Windows Media Player. In Roxio the video is fine in Videowave but there is no sound. I use Vista and Roxio Creator 2009.
After a lot of time wasted, I imported the mpg files into Windows Movie Maker (included free with Vista) and exported them as new files. This has fixed the problem as the exported files now have audio in Roxio.
I can only think that there is some incompatibility with the native audio in the mpg files from this camera. I've also used avi video files shot on Fujifilm cameras and Videowave audio is fine with this format.
