Is it possible to install/run Creator 9 on my 64 bit Vista system? Haven't found anything on site related to 64 bit drivers. (don't think they have any)

There is no Creator 9. What program are you asking about? Creator 2009 or Easy Media Creator 9?

Creator 2009 can be installed on 64 bit OS including WinXP 64 and Vista 64. From what I understand, most of it gets installed into the 32 bit folder.
