Make Backup Copy Of Popcorn?

I am getting ready to purchase/download my Popcorn 3.0
there is an offer to also purchase a backup CD of the program at the same time, cost $16.99

can't I just make a copy of my downloaded install file and save the $16.99??

using Powermac G5

Yes, just make your own backup. Also, the software updates page has the full version for download. It's a good thing to buy online from Roxio because of their 30-day refund policy. Personally I think you should choose the Toast 10 basic rather than Popcorn 3 because Roxio hasn't issued an update for Popcorn in quite a while.
