When trying to access some features like Music Disc Creator, I get a message which reads - Roxio Music Disc Creator has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconcenience. It then prompts me to send an error report to microsoft. What can I do about this problem?

You could start by listing your computer specs? Do you have problems with other programs from the EMC 10 suite? Do you have the full EMC 10 retail suite or a OEM package that came with your computer or burner?
At the moment you have supplied very liitle information
