Read the terms and conditions of the license agreement and determine if the software is restricted for use only in Canada. Sometimes the terms and conditions for some software will allow use in North America.

I've a funny feeling that one of the versions (possibly Ultimate) is only available in English for some strange reason.
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

Yes Ultimate is English Only.

The other versions will install to the language that Windows was Installed with. No choice!
