Import Vhs Movie Via Dazzel

I am a new user. Creator 2009 instructions don't match
I connected the dazzel to the VCR player and USB port
I clicked on video, next  in the device drop down , select video capture 3card( it only givres me dazzel or creative web cam) Can anyone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong?

You are saying the Dazzle device but the device that comes with Creator 2009 is not a Dazzle device.  Either you are using an older device, calling the one you have by the wrong name or do not have Creator 2009.

Which application are you trying to use?  

I guess I don't understand the text in your post.  If it gives you the USB device option, then what happens if you select that?
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
