Rewind Effect

Hi,

I am new to Video Editing but am finding it very enjoyable trying to recreate some of the effects I see on TV. One effect i would like to recreate is a "Rewind and Replay" effect for a video clip.

Does anybody know how I can achieve this ? Ideally it should show the video rewinding with all the horizontal lines that appeared on video tapes in the old days dry.gif

No idea. Videowave doesn't have reverse at all plus you want the horizontal lines. smile.gif I don't know of any inexpensive video editors that can do this and if they could, it probably wouldn't be easy. LOL
