Is it possible to use Popcorn 3 to create an Apple TV file which includes the DD/AC3 stream?

Thanks in advance!

Not within Popcorn. I've read a workaround where QuickTime Pro is used to substitute the source AC3 audio track for the one created by Popcorn. I've also read about other software that can do this but I don't know them off hand.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
