I've read numerous reviews about Creator 2009 Ultimate and many have conflicting reports whether the BD plugin is actually included. Could someone please confirm if this utility is actually included in the pack or if the plugin still has to be purchased seperately?

Thank's

Per this web page for the Creator 2009 Ultimate, the HD/Bluray disc plug-in is included.

I've read a few (customer) reviews in which people reported the BD plugin was advertised as included, but in actuality it still had to be purchased seperately.

Perhaps the biggest bugbear, however is that on the big "tick box" list of features on the packaging, it compares the Ultimate package with the Standard. Under "Burn HD Video onto Blu-ray discs" it says that the Standard edition requires a plug-in but that the Ultimate version has it included. But if you read the small print at the side and bottom, it says the Ultimate edition ALSO requires you to purchase a plug-in from the website. So, it's not included. Considering that the packaging advertises its Blu-ray capabilities, I find this extremely misleading.

My copy of EMC 2009 Ultimate arrived this morning. I've just installed it with no problems whatsoever (yay) & although I haven't attempted a burn to BD media yet, the ability to burn to Blu-ray does seem to be present in MyDVD.

Thank's for your answers.

It's pretty obvious to me, that the Blu-ray plugin is included with the Ultimate version.  Have a look on Roxio's main website.
