I am having a problem and its getting irritating, hopefully you guys can help me!

when I create a copy of a DVD, a "temporary image" is created in my laptop
I had made so many copies that my hard drive is FULL

I guess you didn't use the search function because there are several other posts about the same thing. Typically, shutting down and rebooting your computer will delete the TMP and TEMP files.

If that doesn't do it, set Windows folder view to show hidden files and folders; then look for the files.

There is probably a lot more crap on your computer then you realize. Use the free CCleaner to get rid of that extra junk. Do not use the Registry (or any other registry cleaner) unless you are really careful.

Did you try this?

Start, run, type in, %temp%, ok. Edit, select all, file, delete.....
