I never had any problems with DVDit PRO HD for over a year and half. Even when version 6.4 came out it worked flawlessly on Vista 64 bit.
Now, for some strange reason it crashes every time i add a video asset to the timeline.... is there a Microsoft update that caused this or a QT component or something?

Have you updated to the latest QT?

Not that I know of but I always try to keep up to date...
It could also be something got corrupted, have you tried re-installing?
