Put a support request in 3 times first one over a month ago no response what so ever from them ,what I have now is an unusable program from them that is less than 2 years old. My suggestion buy anything but Roxio!

SO what program do you have and what problems?
You are much more likely to get help here for a 2 year old program

You won't here - we aren't Roxio or Sonic and no-one here has a clue what your problem is (or even what software you're using)
