Hi,
I know this might not be the right forum to ask this question, but I have been having difficulty playing discs that I've created using Popcorn and Toast/EyeTV.  All discs play fine in my iMac, but my 4-yr old Toshiba player will often freeze when I attempt to play these same discs in it.  Do I simply need a newer DVD player?  Will any model do?  Does someone have a particular model to recommend?  Thanks, Ben

Well, it's really hard to say which is the best, but I've always had pretty good luck with Panasonic.

I have a couple over older models that seem to play most of my stuff.  DVD, VCD, SVCD.  It like most media also.

If you want the cheapest model, something like this should be OK

But, I haven't used this model and don't now for sure.  People seem to like it.
