I'm happy to see that the update allows you to use video clips that have chapter markers.  I use Final Cut Express to make my clips and have a problem creating a thumbnail for the DVD menu.  When you go to that menu, the video clip takes up the entire window.  It obscures all the controls (the chapter settings dropdown menu, play button, slider) and it blocks out the "set thumbnail" button; it's still there - you just have to click around until you hit it.  Anyone else having this problem?  BTW, files without chapter markers don't have this problem.
