I had a massive stroke in Feb 2005 and my files and my applications were saved on my backup external hard drive that was 10 gig.  My computer crashed.  It was moved over to a computer that has a terabyte hard drive but uses my same Windows DOS, Windows 2000 PRO.   Because of my condition, I do not know where my documents are so I cannot get to my serial number except if can get the program opened.  I am better now but still do not know where my roxio info is.

I see my program, Roxio, that has my Easy Creator 7 but doesn't give me a starting place to begin.  When a press the roxio icon, it goes to easy media 7 icon.  When I press the icon to Easy Media 7, it brings me to a lot of directories that have only one file I can read, it's Readme, which does me no good.   What should I do?

Provided you registered the program when you first installed it, you will find your key here

Log in with e-mail and password and it will list all keys that you have used
