load installation dvd i,nsert correct cd key, program loads roxio cine player,roxio activation module,smart sound,music files,emc11 content then a message appears on screen saying you must install easy media creator 10 before installing content on clicking ok all program starts rolling back and uninstalls any ideas for correcting this i have trid reloading four times all with the same results
