The TiVo Transfer in Toast 10 set up fine and the first day I was able to transfer TiVo recordings to my Mac Book.  The next day TiVo Transfer recognized all my TiVo recordings but when I chose one to transfer all it will show in the Active Transfer is that it's waiting and no transfer happens.  I'm using Apple Airport Wireless and The TiVo player shows a "good" connection plus in TiVo Transfer it shows all current recordings.  Anybody able to help me?

Have you cancelled your recording and attempted to restart your tivo?

Thank you so much.  I guess I'm responding a little early but the transfer started and everything is going fine after restarting the tivo by following the tivo manual for restarting.  Thanks!! Harry  PS:  I recorded the Inauguration Day and in Toast 10 created a DVD DL of the main Inauguration with the address.  It looks great and even plays on our Boise DVD Player!

Thanks for the advice - I had the same problem and I restarted both my TiVos and now transfer is working again.  I just hope I don't have to do this all the time to keep the program working.   Like just about everyone else in this forum I can report that Roxio support never responded to my numerous email please for help.  Thank goodness for helpful fellow users!
