I downloaded Roxio 2009 all excited and ready to go until..........................
I tried to use the advanced function for editing.
The the message "Unable to load skin" appeared and I can't get it to work no matter what I try.

Now then.......

I have spoken with Roxio support and got the following response:

Remove Creator 2009 and perform a clean install - Done that 3 TIMES!!!!!
Remove Microsoft Office - DONE THAT!!!!!

Reinstall Creator - DONE IT!!!!!

Guess what..........................

Unable to load skin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am thinking at this point I have wasted my money buying the product, unless someone can help me overcome the issue.

Support even hinted at reformatting the hard drive and installing Creator 2009 only to see if it works!!!!!!!!!!

Now that really is a joke.

Any serious help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion, but all regional settings are correct throughout.
Any other ideas please as I am beginning to get really frustrated, and feel like I have wasted my money.

Thanks
